• Define and execute the marketing strategy, you will lead 8 marketing staff that will support your job.
  
• Launch innovative full integrated marketing initiatives across Digital, Social, and Offline.
  
• Set the true north for creative and branding excellence.
  
• Build and grow a world-class marketing team.

• At least 3 years of working experience as Head of Marketing Department(5 years for Supervisor or Team Leader).
  
• Required Skills : Marketing, sales, Marketing plan, Team collaboration, Marketing strategy, Handling Customer & Managing People.
  
• Stellar track record in Brand marketing and marketing innovation.
  
• Demonstrated experience in growth marketing acquisitions, same-store growth and field marketing.
  
• Excellent analytical, communication and persuasion skills at executive level.
  
• The right attitude: drive, flexibility, energy and ability to work in a matrix organisation in ambigous, relentless and fun environment.
